Screed:
AP 1000C has a basic screed width of 3meters which can be hydraulically extended to 5.56 meters. Bolt on mechanical extensions facilitate paving width upto 9.6 meters. The screed plate is heated with 8 nos of diesel heaters (LPG heating is optional).
Engine:
Cummins 5.9 BTA or equivalent.
Hydraulics:
- Variable displacement pumps with servo control - dedicated pumps for individual track drive two units of variable displacement pumps with servo control for independent feeder drive.
- Fix displacement pump for vibrator/tamper circuit with flow control valves for frequency adjustment.
- Long life, Heavy duty Alloy steel reversible slat conveyor.
- All pumps are driven by long life, two third belts that allow the engine to be mounted in line, lowering the noise level, reducing.
- Heat generation and allowing easy access for maintenance.
AP 1000C is a self sufficient machine. In case of any special need such as fully enclosed operator's cabin, such features can be custom built.
