Extend - A - Pave Screed:
AP 700C has a basic screed width of 3 meters, which can be hydraulically extdended to 5.56 meters. Bolt on mechanical extensions on either side of the screed are offered for paving width of 7 meters. The tamping and vibration arrangement is in line with International specifications. The screed plate heating system with diesel burners (LPG heating optional) avoids sticking of bitumen to the screed surface at start up.

Hydrostatic drive:
Variable displacement motor and pump for infinitely variable paving and travel speeds. No mechanical shifting either in the pave or travel mode - effortless selection through finger tip control. Limited mechanical parts, hence very low maintance and service needs.

Crawler Track:
The crawler mounted track has a fine suspension for smooth driving and the long life track pads to provide more than the required traction force.

Hydrostatic Control:
Conveyor and auger drive through variable displacement hydraulic pump and fixed motor for adjusting the feed to the desired level. Proportional hydraulic feeding system for stepless feeding control, is an optional extra. The steering and transmission are hydraulically controlled.
